The authors asked three questions:  do antibiotics result in overall clinical improvement at 7 to 11 days;  do they result in less productive cough at 7 to 11 days;  and do they cause more side effects (adverse drug effects) than placebo.   These are fairly focused, but could be more focused by specifying children vs adults or both, or by specifying the type of antibiotic.
