Data expressed as RRR is much larger than in ARR. Additionally studies Bucher (BMJ, 1994) and Cranney (Br J Gen Pract, 1996) have shown that when physicians are presented with the same data expressed as RRR and ARR, they are more willing to change behaviors when the data are expressed as RRR.
