Dr. Sackett is now at Oxford University, where he has developed a world-famous "cart".  Sackett's cart is a metal frame with computer, LCD projector, and numerous evidence-based references which he takes along on rounds.  He continues to do ground-breaking research in evidence-based medicine and informatics, and is co-author of an excellent text on the subject, called (not surprisingly!) "Evidence-Based Medicine:  How to Practice and Teach EBM".
